The Swiss Financial Services Law (FinSA/LSFin) was enacted in January 2020.
It is a new financial law in Switzerland that aims to: define a code of conduct for the provision of financial services and financial instruments, create a level playing field between financial service providers and strengthen investor protection.
This training is recognised by SAQ as a recertification measure for certification Client Advisor Bank.
