This training on Data Protection Act was developed in collaboration with Philipp Fischer.
Philipp Fischer holds a law degree from the University of Geneva (2004) and a Geneva bar exam (2007). He obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School (2009). After working in law firms in New York, Zurich and Geneva (2010 - 2016), he co-founded OBERSON ABELS SA in 2016. He practices banking and financial law, as well as data protection law.
